Excellent experience! It was fast, easy, and convenient from start to finish. The sales reps were friendly and not too pushy. The quote was accurate, and there were no hidden fees. I paid extra for a guaranteed pickup date and put some personal items in my trunk and backseat. There were no issues. The driver was very friendly and communicative. He gave frequent updates and arrived earlier than expected. There was no damage to the car or my items.

Had to get my car delivered from Houston to New York. Paid a little extra for expedited service and that got me a guaranteed pick-up date. I was updated by both text and emails and was provided the driver’s cell #. Better yet, while the expected delivery time was 5-7 days, my car arrived in just 4 days, in fine condition. I’ve only had 2 cars delivered and this was by far the better experience

I’ve used Roller Coaster Express twice, once via uShip and the other was booked directly. I’ve been satisfied with the communication and fast service. First time I had to Uber about 10 miles to pickup my vehicle which was a little annoying, the second time I had to Uber about 30 miles to drop off the vehicle in order to meet the driver a day earlier before I left town, I was happy the driver was able to accommodate me and I did not have to change my flight. My pickup on my first shipment came right to my address, as well as delivery the second time which was very convenient. I was able to load my vehicle with belongings both times, I believe I paid an additional $200 the first time as the vehicle was completely full. Most recently they gave me up to 100lbs at no additional charge. Great value, quick turnaround, and insurance is included at no additional fee.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND for race cars, or even your personal vehicle to be transported by ROLLER COASTER EXPRESS! Reuben was very generous and a great guy, best customer service yet ! Definitely would call ROLLER COASTER EXPRESS again. I was a little scared at first, but definitely gave me so much hope and appreciation when it was picked up and dropped off to me ! Fantastic customer service! I called them at the last minute due to another transport company letting me down. Roller coaster express helped me from beginning to end they maintained communication until my vehicle was delivered. It took a week for my car to arrive from Las Vegas to Jacksonville Florida. My vehicle was picked up and delivered as promised on the dates requested. Payment wasn't taken out until the vehicle was delivered . Great service overall. I highly recommend roller coaster express !

These guys transported my suv from Tampa FL, to Caldwell NJ. Everything went smooth, originally I was told it’s going to take a week, but I got car earlier, it was delivered in 4 business days.I was happy for that. As a broker/dispatcher who has been in the industry for 7+ years i finally came across the worst type of person in the trucking industry. Art from roller coaster express upcharged our customer $200 outside of contract on delivery of the vehichle. Reason being? A baby seat in the car. This horrid of a person really charged a customer $200 for leaving a baby seat and some small toys in the car. His response? "I Dont give a sh*t if its legal or not" - thank god all calls are recorded on our end. I Will be submitting conversation to BBB - Central dispatch and any other places i can think of, i want to make sure nobody has to deal with this guy. Poor lady cried her heart out for over half an hour because she was being strong armed.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. They are extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I suggest no one use there service! They gave me my car back with damages that were not previously present before it was under their possession and when I tried to address it with them they threatened to take my car back. They offered no solution or remediation to my concerns. Not to mention they lied about the original price of transporting my car, last minute!!! so I got stuck paying $400 more than discussed and agreed upon in a written contract. they are the WORST WORST WORST!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!

Be careful booking this carrier. They changed the location of my drop off and expected me to bring cash to a location of their choosing, not the location as agreed upon. They were a day late with pickup of my vehicle and still did not adhere to the agreed upon pick up time. Simply unprofessional, rude and threatened to tow my car to an even further location if I didn't immediately get to the location they chose at the last minute. I would not recommend this company and I will be choosing a company that is has references in the future.

These people racist criminals they tried to steal from me and then called me a n****r and threatened to hurt me if I didn't give them all my money. The police had to come help me. The driver was taken away in handcuffs. I hope he gets a long prison sentence for what he did to me.

Owner agreed to a price with a broker and then added 150.00 because I had a disassembled bicycle in my suv. He said my car had to be completely empty to ship. I have shipped with four other carriers and this was never an issue. He also told me it would take 6 days to deliver from Fl to NJ but if I wanted to drive to his terminal I could pick up in 3days. Price quoted was delivery to home. I picked up car, it was 20 miles from my house. He wasn’t going to deliver it for another three days. Beware of this carrier, I don’t recommend using him to transport your car.

This company rocks!!! They transported my car from NJ to Florida. They picked up at appointed time and delivered at appointed and were very reasonable compared to the other big name carriers. Alex and Rueben were very courteous and professional. I strongly endorse and recommend this company

My transport agent used this service to transport my car from New Jersey to Tampa Florida with in a week. Everything went well and there were no issues from both ends. They were very responsive if you have any questions. I would recommend this.
