I am glad the auto broker (american auto shipping) found this company for me. I am not sure what's with the negative reviews but I had a great experience with my auto shipment. Rowan was the driver and he was so amazing!! he was communicative, friendly, professional and on time. The price was very reasonable and it took them overall only 3 days from pick up to delivery. I will definitely use this company again for future shipment. I highly recommend this company and American auto shipping. THANK YOU AGAIN ROWAN (sorry if i spelled your name wrong). Avoid this company at all costs. Promised me to pick up my vehicle for 3 days in a row, never picked it up and never let me know they’re not able to pick it up and it ended up costing me over $200 dollars in storage fees

I had to ship my car from Utah-Tennessee. I was assigned to Zaid and he was very easy to work with. He kept me well informed all the way, and is very punctual. I received my car in 2 days. I will recommend using NextDay!

We got them through AmeriFreight to bring a car from Florida to Wisconsin. The driver was scheduled to pick up at noon on a Friday. He asked if it could be moved to noon Saturday, ok that’s cool. 8:00 pm Saturday and not a peep, he pulls up at 8:30 pm. There was 0 contact from him until Tuesday night when I texted him to ask if he has an ETA. iPhone said he read the message 5 mins after I sent it, but he didn’t reply until Wednesday morning. He said he’d arrive Wednesday night or early Thursday morning. Again not a peep from him. I texted him Thursday night to see what’s going on. Again text read but no response. Finally a text Friday morning saying he’d arrive at noon. I say ok but if it’s any earlier it will take me 30 mins to get to drop off location as his lack of communication made it difficult for me to schedule with my job. He calls me at 11:15 to say he’s 20 mins away. Upon arrival he was talking on the phone most the time and asked for cash - $1,000. I told him there was not only lack of communication but it was originally scheduled to be delivered on a Tuesday and here it is noon Friday. He wouldn’t budge on price. Car was safely delivered and no damage done, I was happy about that. But his lack of communication made the whole experience hectic, a lot of anxiety and frustration.

I had my daughter’s car shipped by open carrier from Lansing IL to Georgia. My family and I were very satisfied with the entire process. Our Driver Tadeus called to inform us of pick up and called before delivery. He was professional and friendly.

We had our truck shipped with Next Day, Inc and did not have a good experience at all. First they were delayed a day and a half due to weather, but didn't call us with an update until after we called the shipping broker first. Then they were supposed to call the next day to let us know that they were on their way. They just showed up with no notice. It was supposed to be a two day delivery and it ended up being three days later. I had to call each time to get an update to see where our truck was. Then, they just showed up again at our delivery designation with no notice (after we had been advised several times we would be called with ample 1-2 hour notice) When we told them it would take 20 minutes to meet them they got very rude and told us they were just going to leave. Then luckily we had a neighbor that was able to meet the driver and give them our cashiers check. After which, the main dispatch person called and yelled at us and said we had not paid the driver. Thank goodness a cashiers check is traceable by our bank. Terrible experience, terrible customer service and very overpriced for the level of service. Do not use this company.

When I received my car, the car above it leaked oil all over the trunk of my car. The driver rinsed it off for me but then after a few days, I looked in the trunk to make sure nothing got inside and found the emergency kit that my sister told the driver was in there when he picked up the car, so he would know that was to come to me also. Then I guess he thought that was an invitation to steal it!!! I have contacted the original company Ultimate123 regarding this issue. If they won't do anything about it I will be calling Next Day!! I can't believe he had the gull to steal it after my sister let him know when he asked if anything else went with the car!!! Will never tell anyone to deal with Ultimate123 transportation or Next Day!
