I just witnessed a tow truck driver in a orange trk wearing what it looked like clown sun glasses come out of a gas station and wreckesly go through 3 lanes of traffic and made and ilegal left turn from the medium in the intersection of orange Ave and trade port in Orlando while having transporting a vehicle. Then get into a verbal interaction with the driver of the vehicle he cut off and almost hit. The driver got out of his vehicle and argued with your driver untill he said he was going to report him. Then he continued to cuss at the driver he almost hit while driving away
