My senior mother had her car towed today and when I called to ask questions like, where are you located so I can drive her to get her car or what time are you open til whoever answered the phone was very rude to my 65 yr old mother, wouldn't give her any info about address or location and hung up on us multiple times. When I showed up with her after getting the release papers at 4:45 pm, the door to the building was locked, when I called I was hung up on multiple times and by the time I actually got someone on the phone 10 minutes later, not even sure if we were at the correct place I was told that " they are too close to closing to help out my mother. They needed at least a half hour" ( after 15 minutes of getting hung up on and misled, we were there and unable to get the correct address or anyone to give us information on where they were located because the sign on the front door does not properly say the name of their business. Had we of gotten help on which building we needed to be at or gotten someone on the phone who didn't immediatly hang up or get disconnected we could have gotten her car that day, instead they get to charge her for keeping her car overnight which I'm positive is the reason for all of the run around and being misled. My senior citizen mother is not going to be able to make it to her doctor for the 2nd day in a row and I feel this was done intentionally just to get a extra money out of another senior citizen who can barely afford to pay rent and her bills let alone being confused and misled by people working in this business who absolutley took advantage of her age and lack of ability to see the addresses and names that in this instance were not visible from the road. When I talked to the man on the phone he thought I was her and was talking a bunch of mess about my mom saying they've already talked to her several times, didn't even let me tell them I had been within 3 businesses of them just couldn't find the correct one. Bad business!

Absolutely terrible service, scratched the crap out of my wheels, somehow messed my bumper up. my truck was in perfect condition before they got ahold of it. When I called them the guy was very irritable with me while i stayed calm and just asked a question. Extremely frustrating. Going to cost a lot of money and time to repair the damages they caused.
