They have all the trucks old and they have all the trucks rented and they will scratch your car. They'd better not do it. They haven't returned my deposit to me yet.

BEWARE!!!! The trailer rolled with our vehicle in it and they do not have insurance. Major problem carrier. Avoided phone calls after the damage was done, won’t pay for damage and did not have insurance on all of the trailers and use Penske rental trucks. DO NOT USE!!

We as a broker subcontracted work out to Alpha. The damaged 2 cars never paid to have them fixed after they agreed it made more sense to fix cars on there own then to go thru insurance. After weeks of tirelessly trying to get them to fix cars and false promises on behalf of Alpha. We had no other choice but to go thru there insurance company, Alpha supplied us with insurance documentation which was not accurate turns out alpha only has insurance for one truck when they run multiple trucks so there insurance company would not cover the damages. To this day 8-6-2020 Alpha has been non responsive. We have had to seek legal action after 3 months of silence from them. BEWARE this company runs illegitimate DO NOT USE
