Do not use this carrier. A piece of equipment used to secure their loads fell off their open flatbed trailer in a construction zone with no emergency shoulder and damaged my vehicle. The driver, Robert Johns, pulled off to the side of the road and gave me his dispatch info. Contact was made and they requested the repair bills to be processed for reimbursement and they are no longer responding to voice mails, text messages or e-mails. Someone could have seriously gotten hurt or even worse by this act of negligence.
