Called to ask if he would ship motorcycles and he proceeded to scream at me on the phone and be extremely rude.

I had a very positive experience with this auto transport company. The owner/driver Bahrom hustled to get my vehicle from TX to PA in only 2.5 days, a day ahead of schedule during a 3 day holiday weekend. He communicated well and he kept me updated during the route. My vehicle came off the truck without any damage or issues. I recommend this transport company.

Hired these guys to pickup my Raptor from Franklin, TN to Los Angeles, CA. Not going to lie, I was worried especially knowing the history of smaller independent transport companies. Having said that, Lobar did a great job with providing up-to-date transit times and unloading the car without issue. I would use these guys again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!
One of my pet peeves is bad customer service, and this company BY FAR has made it on my number one as the WORST SERVICE ever provided. Their job was to transport two cars from one state to another and back They completed the first part but never completed the second. We went through a broker and the broker stated a price for us to pay. We were paying the price that the broker stated but then when he dropped off the first car, we started hearing them claim a different price. We thought it was squared away before they took the second car, but come to find out they decided to hold our car hostage until we paid the amount they asked for.
Now i get it, this could be a broker problem. When you go through the middle man, things can get messy. But what i did not understand was the holding our car hostage... they did not have to take the car. In trying to get things resolved, we were screamed at by the owner, we were hung up on several times, and we were threatened with never seeing our car again and it being placed in storage. We were even lied to because at one point they called us and told us that our car would be arriving at 5:30pm and we should collect it the same place they picked up the first car. We arrived there at 5pm. We waited till 6:30pm and STILL NO ONE SHOWED! We called them back and they told us they were not coming till we paid first. I have never heard such a thing in my life. why would i pay for a car that has not been delivered yet?
they put our car in storage and refuse to give us the address. so now its accumulating a storage fee and we cant get it out.
