Great service, good price. Other company in town was supposedly coming for hours, got tired of waiting and called these guys, 20 minutes later I had a tow truck picking me up.

I called them for a winch out at the end of winter, deep snow way off in the ditch on the interstate. They came right out and got me out without any issues at all, also pulled out 3 other people that were around us without any issue. As a former tow truck driver I can tell you most cars now days the strongest part of the car is the tire now, hooking a rimsling through the rim is standard protocol now. And as far as pulling us out the way we went in, can’t really do that on the interstate without going the wrong direction...

Tow truck driver hooked on to WHEEL of vehicle and pulled out of ditch sideways, instead of using frame and pull out the way it went into the ditch! So instead of a simple pull to get back on the road, this screwed up the tie rods and vehicle cannot be driven. Had to have a second tow truck (from another company) come and take vehicle to Albert Lea, where it sits to get fixed. Son now can't get back to college before Monday, AND he has a huge bill, AND he will have an even bigger repair bill, overnight expenses, etc., all because the T&W Towing driver did not do his job correctly. No, they have not offered to repair the vehicle or waive any charges. Please do yourself a favor and find a different towing company.
