Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked with, showed up an hour early so I left work for them to pick it up, I get there and they left and tell me they'll be back in an hour when I get there, waited, they show up, guy is rude, marks damages all over the vehicle where there weren't any, tried to tell me to leave so he could load the vehicle, he then loads it and couldn't even load it. I had to end up loading the vehicle on the trailer. Then when they arrive at the drop off, they were a day early, badgered me for payment on zelle, he kept yelling at me, and the drop off shop that was receiving the vehicle, the driver, who I spoke to a day earlier, didn't even know my name to tell the shop whose vehicle it was, then they were rude to the shop. Told me id then have to pick the vehicle up out of impound and didn't even give me 5 minutes to make payment. I had to call the original dispatch team to make payment then the driver turned around and dropped the car. Impatient, incompetent and just absolutely rude team of people to work with. BEWARE.

Amazing company. They transported my Chrysler from NC to MN Safely and fast. Dimitry, the Delhi very driver was professional and very friendly. I recommend this company to anyone. Thank you so much Hailo!

This company has been horrendous from start to finish, When we originally contracted with them we chose them because they were well insured and offered reasonable pick up and drop off times, they were 2 days late to pick the vehicle up and a day late dropping the vehicle off. Drivers, brokers and everyone involved has never reached out to me to confirm that any of these changes were required or being made, I have had to call them every single day to get an update on what is happening with my vehicle. We signed a contract for door to door delivery which they have failed uphold (both drop off and pick up of the vehicle were required) and after a closer inspection of the contract they have a (potentially illegal) clause that attempts to protect them from customers using chargeback protection from credit cards. Upon the vehicle being picked up the driver attempted to extort $600 cash (I have recordings of this)

Horrible company ! No Customer service and no integrity. Showed up 2 days late, hooked up car wrong and damaged vehicle. Even worse Hailo trailer had bent license plate and stuck my car on back where my plate looked like it was plate for trailer and I have toll pass that was charged for tolls along the way. BUYER BEWARE!
