They did a great job of picking up my newly purchased historical 1987 Mustang GT from Chicago and had it to me in NJ the next day. No damage, driver was always communicating his ETA clearly and he had the car offloaded in about 10 minutes. Great job.

We had 2 of our vehicles shipped with Right Time NYC in December of 2021. They damaged our 2018 Dodge Charger scat pack, then forged our signature on the BOL. Their insurance is not responding to the claim. Do not under any circumstances use this shady company.

These guys are the worse and not responsible what's so ever. They damaged the front of my car and because I didn't want to take the car to the shop he wanted he refused to comply with the insurance company. So basically I got stuck with $4500 in damage. Then he doesn't even speak English properly that you can understand. Don't take a chance with this crook. I wouldn't refer them to anyone. Not professional, responsible or reliable.
