Confirmed our order with 6 days advanced notice... then Sam bails on picking up the vehicle ON THE DAY he's scheduled to pickup. He left me with no warning and no communication. Ditched texts and calls and has no room in his voicemail. Finally responded an hour before IAA closes saying he's "not able to help at this time." No explanation beyond that, so I asked about picking up tomorrow or another day, and got ZERO response. 601 TRANSPORT is a waste of time. Unreliable. He claims to know "just what to say" because he says he was previously a salesperson, but what I need is a transporter. Someone who actually delivers a vehicle, not offers me B.S. Now I have $240 additional storage fees because I have to schedule another transporter for the next week. ZERO stars.
