Locha just dropped off our new vehicle - had it moved from VA to TX. We had zero issues - the driver was responsive, timely and professional. I would definitely use him again.

The man who picked up my car was extremely unprofessional; he seemed upset and rude from the phone call to the actual deal. It was obvious he was in a hurry. My car would not start so he had me get in the car and try to start it, I called a family member to see if this had happened before and the Locha transport rep told me "if you get off the phone maybe we can get this going." I told him I was on the phone with a family member who was helping me start the car since this has happened with this car before. I agreed the day before to pay the Locha rep through venmo, he was growing more and more upset by the minute and when i asked what the username was he just pointed to the name on the truck. I searched the name and found the name under "Luis E Garcia," I asked him if he was Luis so I could make sure I was paying the right person and he then begin to yell at me,"YES THAT IS ME NOW PAY ME!" I was very tired of being talked to this way from first contact and I responded that I was just making sure it was him. He then started loading back up the ramps. When he returned I told him the signal was bad and that the payment was going through, he started yelling again and said he was going to leave and yelled really loudly "I HAVE TO GO!" I said well if you just wait a second he would have his payment! I was so scared that I was about to call the police. I sat in the car with the door open and on my phone, and he got in the car and reached over my body, and got the keys and turned the car off. Then he proceeded to leave the parking lot with my keys. I had to chase after him and told him that the phone was processing. He said "WELL YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT!." At this point the payment was processing and he had my keys. I opened his passenger door and told him the payment was going through. He then got out and kept yelling and I was very scared I don;t even remember what he was saying. He watched as the payment processed and gave me my keys. Very scary experience.
