This company is CRIMINAL!!!
The company was contracted to pick up a vehicle and deliver on a specific day. After guaranteeing delivery, they were unable to do so. I attempted to negotiate with them for compensation for the inconvenience. The owner was hostile and rude. After agreeing to take $25 off of the shipping, he demanded that I cash app him to get the discount for his inconvenience. When I refused to send money prior to receiving my vehicle, the company threatened to keep my vehicle in storage and report me to the police for intimidation. As of that wasn’t horrible enough, the company delivered my vehicle with a broken mirror and broken drivers side window. They did not provide any of the standard paperwork, no vehicle inspection, and did not allow anyone receiving the vehicle at my dealership sign for the vehicle to report damages. The driver drive off in a hurry and the company refused to cover damages. Save yourself a headache, DO NOT contract this company!!!
