Do not use this shipping company and do not allow your broker or person attempting to help you with a transport allow this company to haul your vehicle. The guy you call says I already talked to your broker and leave us alone when they clearly screwed up and got caught in the act with evidence to prove it. 45 miles ended up on my car extra from the time it left my hands to the time it was delivered, on top of a dirty interior, the passenger seat pushed back and in the reclined position and a smell of burning coming from the motor. All he does he yell and talk over you saying this isn’t the number anymore and don’t call here again. They took $800 cash from me and refuse all wrong doing. I hope customers and brokers see this and your business diminishes for the lying sack of crap you are. I have photos of it all so anyone is more than happy to reach out to me for the experience you guys provided. No answers or promised photos from the driver, my car was take to “a vacant lot in Long Beach” where it sat for transport after your driver said he was making a couple more pick ups that day and then headed out. Your business doesn’t deserve to be around in times like these or ever, your dishonesty will catch up to you I promise.
