Run far away from this unprofessional, disrespectful truck driver. He is a complete embarrassment to the industry. I wish I had seen the reviews (but I had to do some digging) prior to him taking my car because like the others my car was damaged and he was 9 days late in delivering my car. He did not provide a valid Bill of Lading. Save your sanity and your money. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN/COMPANY!

Wouldn't let me submit without a star. Deserves none
Picked up my customer's vehicle and held it for 7 days before actually leaving. Never said anything about there being any type of delay. 1 day past the date of delivery he gave no call/ no show. Called and texted. No response.
Responded by text 36 hours later claiming weather and truck issues. 2 days later, told on himself that he never left until the date he was supposed have delivered in AZ.
Caused Hell having to deal with an irate customer because he seems to have a problem telling the truth and being able to deliver on timelines he himself set. Crap happens but if a problem came up, be up front. Instead he cowered,hid and lied leaving me to take the heat because of his forked tongue.
A broker shouldn't have had to find out 8 days after pick up that there was/is a problem,not that there was one in the 1st place. Complete dirtbag.
If he couldn't fulfill the contract, he should have been man enough to say that. Obviously he isn't one.
So bottom line DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS CARRIER.
He will damage your reputation

Very unprofessional driver. Hung up on me and never did pick up my car. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY.

The driver made me meet him at rest stops rather than pick up and drop off at the locations I requested. My car came damaged, a week late. The driver was stuck broken down for a week, and during that time requested I send him money. When I started a claim for the damage, the driver threatened to show up at my corporate office and tell my coworkers that I am a racist. He constantly called and harassed me. Do not use this carrier or AutoStar.

Worst ever. Same as other customer.
My car delivered 10days with no bill of lading and severely damaged under carriage. Prince Royal Logistics is not the carrier you want if you want your car delivered without damage

Please do yourself a favor and do not use this carrier! Do not use Prince royal logistics as they advertise that they are fully insured and bonded and will cover any damages happened during transport but unfortunately they don’t live up to their promises. Trust me.. I know as I had my car transported thru them. Very unprofessional and disrespectful driver. He didn’t follow any procedures in transporting my vehicle. He didn’t do a walk thru with me before and after delivery for damages as he just wanted to get the car loaded and b to the trailer and upon delivery he just wanted his money and leave. He didn’t even give me a bill of lading like the law requires it. Instead he got a paper and wrote very little information about the service and the worst part of it was that it wasn’t even a bill of lading. He just told me to take a picture of it using my phone. Furthermore he delivered my car almost 19 days after the schedule delivery date. Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong with this carrier. I can’t believe he is still in business!!
