The car was delivered several hours late, in the dark, and rushed to get out.
Immediately after receiving, we noticed substantial new damage on rear top, which were not noted on the Bill of Lading. We contacted the driver and sent pictures within 20 minutes. The next day, I took the car to the body shop and it's apparent to the foreman, it's recently damaged from transportation.
I called the driver again, he denied everything, didn't stop cursing and would not accept his careless mistake. I'll bring them to court and I believe justice will be served. It may not worth my time, but TROPHY AUTO TRANSPORT, INC needs to own up to their mistake.
One way or another, it's a big lesson to learn, not to use this company if you can help it. They are irresponsible, unethical and very unprofessional.
