I am extremely disappointed in this company and will never use it again or recommend it to anyone. They gave me an estimated arrival time when my car was initially picked up and we patiently waited for that day. When we had heard nothing back from them that evening we attempted to contact them multiple times to find out any information we could about the location or the car. They make you wait on hold for a ridiculously long time and have horrible customer service representatives who come off as incredibly uninformed about their transportation services and quite frankly, rude. They seem annoyed that a customer would want to know about their car, but I don’t think it’s too much for a customer to ask for a general estimate of when to expect their car to come. They are really good at making you feel like you’re a major inconvenience to them and that they don’t care about your business at all. It’s is now 3 days past the time they said it’d be delivered, so I contacted them again via text to see if they knew anything at all. They immediately replied to my first text saying they would check but then ghosted me for an hour. When I had sent another 4 texts asking if they had any luck finding information they finally replied to me basically saying they have no idea when it will arrive due to unforeseen weather. They wouldn’t even inform me what state it was currently in. I understand these things can take time due to unforeseen weather and traffic issues but to provide absolutely no information and to make people feel like an annoyance for trying to find out information? I just want to know if I should expect it in days or weeks or what. It is extra frustrating that they don’t bother to reach out to you at all to inform you of a delay. If you don’t contact them you’ll have no idea what’s happening until the day it’s coming and the driver calls you. Overall this company really needs to work on their customer service skills and on how they provide information to customers.

They were supposed to deliver a Maserati last Friday. They texted me last Tuesday 4-7-2020 and I haven't heard from them since. They quit answering the phone! I don't know what to do! If any of you have an alternate number please let me know!

Had an appointment to have my car picked up today March 30/20. It's now 8pm. I waited all day for a call or a driver. still waiting. So incredibility UNreliable! Called 5 times to get any information. Not event the courtesy of a call. Avoid and don't waste your time.

I took my time to come here because I read the reviews but my broker had already assigned them to get my car. I got hesitant but I kept the agreement and I am glad I did, I think people don't take their time to leave positive reviews, just negative, but I will make this different. Alex called me and told me my driver would be here the next day, then she called me again the next day and gave me a time, driver came and got my car, 4 days later I got my car in Boynton Beach! Transaction was smooth, they were so friendly and nice that I hope I can always use them from now on.

Awesome service. I had the best experience moving my mom's car. They pick up right from our door and delivered inside her community. Lorraine called us in advance, then Alex gave us notice on delivery and driver was a pleasure to talk to. I will use again and I will recommend them!

My car was picked up on Dec 29, 2019 and delivered on Jan 21. 2020 18 days later than promised. Yes, their truck had a legitimate breakdown, which is very unfortunate for all concerned. However, instead of finding a quick way to handle the issue of non delivery, it took them more than 2 weeks to decide to send another truck to pick up the trailer at the mechanic and deliver some of the cars. Communication during this very long period was spotty. In one case, more than 2 days went by without a response to texts and messages left. Despite repeated requests, the dispatcher was unwilling to send a photo of the truck and trailer to reassure customers that their cars were not stolen. The company offered a $100 discount, which didn't even begin to cover the costs of renting a car. She talked about her expenses, which were extensive, but showed minimal concern about customer expenses. Don't use them.

Do not use this company under any circumstances. They are based out of Massachusetts and will collect more money on drop off and use very unethical and scrupulous practices.

Don’t use ABA unless you don’t mind paying for damage they do to your vehicle. We hired them for $500 to transport our classic 1966 Mustang GT from Florida to New Jersey. We have pictures of the car as it was being loaded onto their truck in Boca Raton. The antenna was alive and well. When the car arrived in New Jersey, the antenna had been broken off. Their contract says the ‘Carrier is responsible for damage caused by the Carrier or its agents/contractors”. They refused to pay for the damage arguing that the antenna blew off. Totally insulting. It did not blow off. The antenna base was fully intact. The antenna mast had been broken off. We have pictures. Their transport contractor broke it. So we are out the $91 for the replacement antenna and installation they refuse to pay for. I guess they feel their reputation is not worth $91. It certainly isn’t in our book.
