This company picked our car - we left it since it was hours before they were able to show up. When we picked up after the dealer fixed it the front bumper had 2 cracks. Dealer said it showed up that way from the tow place. Made call to them and they have avoided us.

Driver showed up way later than expected and would not answer calls from either myself or dispatch. Drove my car to a completely different location that originally stated. Left it at the new location without any contact information or informing anyone. Spoke with the company, who told me that it wasn't their issue that I didn't know where my car was because their driver "took pictures of himself dropping it off".
