I absolutely do not recommend these lying crooks. I had a broker contract my car shipment to them only to be meant to so much lies and headaches. They kept changing the delivery times and date because the driver has to go pick up every load he can get and will deliver my car at his convenience. Then I asked for the car to be delivered to my home address since I wasted all day waiting for delivery at the original location. He said he will charge me $150 extra, I told him it is only 186 miles our original agreement was at $0.54 per mile how did you come up with $150 and he just hung up. The guy running the place named joey with a thick accent is a lying dishonest rude idiot. I don’t know where this guy is from and how they did things over there but blatantly lying to your customer constantly, making condescending comments when the customer is trying to reason with you and trying to extort money from the customer is a big no no in business in the United States. I had to defer it to the broker to deal with this disgruntled dishonest disrespectful car shipper. When the broker spoke with him he sent him conflicting messages than what he sent me saying that I had agreed to the $150 extra charge and that the car is enroute to be delivered when the truck was still sitting (4pm now) in Alabama where my car was picked up early morning day before.

This company lied to me, telling me the driver was 20 minutes from the destination and never showed up.

They have transported my vehicle and did an amazing job. I got my car in less then 24 hours from Chicago to Boston. I wouldn’t expect UPS to deliver overnight mail on such a distance but they did and i am very grateful!
