Update: The issue with the title has been resolves - they found it and mailed it to the destination with apologies.

The delivery went ok, but the driver is in possession of the title and do not answer the phone or return messages. We have sent the FedEx slip, but as we trace it - was never used. The motorhome already arrived to the destination overseas, but our customer cannot pick it up due to missing title.
