Carrier damaged the vehicle being shipped, and refused to acknowledge damage. Full walk around video was taken of the vehicle prior to transport showing no damage. Their truck "had brake problems", and our car had to be picked up 40 miles away after 4 days. When the second transporter picked it up significant damage was noted on the front bumper that was absent before the car left.
Highly recommend staying far away from this business.
