Terrible, never scheduled an appointment to pick up my vehicle and tried to pick it up allegedly with out an appointment. Finally they scheduled an appointment to pick up my vehicle and missed the appointment window with out calling or letting me know. They cost me 200 in storage fees with copart. I highly recommend finding a better transport.

The customer service I received from start to finish was exceptional. When I called, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable dispatcher who took time to listen and understood my needs. I was very impressed with her willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied. The vehicles were delivered on the date promised. This is the worst company. ***(WARNING, THEY WERE OPERATING WITHOUT PROPER INSURANCE: I used a reputable auto transport broker. Nextran Carriers LLC was assigned to transport my porsche from NY to FL. The car arrived full of brown liquid and was dropped off in the middle of a busy road before I even arrived. They rushed me, and area was dangerous so I quickly drove away. It turns out this was planned on their part so I was distracted and could not do a proper inspection of the car. Two days later I look on the bottom of door on rocker panel and notice scrapes. When I looked under the car, the undercarriage of the car was damaged. I called the broker and they contacted Nextran. and they were very difficult and unresponsive. After many weeks, they denied everything and it turned out they don't even have insurance. What a nightmare. This company needs to be shut down. This company IS HORRIBLE. DONT SEND VEHICULES WITH THEM, they are rude, they block you as soon as they pick up, they lie about pickup time and delivery. They use the vehicules for personal issues. I had a vehicle picked up and had no response from them and they got mad because I asked for a picture. Stop picking up phone and when I looked them in GOOGLE they had a lot of comments NEGATIVE ONES about them doing the same thing to other people. PLEASE DONT USE! I had to call the police to get it delivered. The vehicule is in good state but the drive it more than 300 miles DONT USEEEEEE THEM

Bad company to work with. Shipped my car on 2/2, and was promised delivered the 8th. Instead, my vehicle was kept locally for a week, and only started transport on the 9th, while I was lied to and told that the vehicle had already been shipped. Thank heavens I had the ability to see the location and status of my vehicle from on-board GPS and computer monitoring. After being repeatedly lied to about the vehicle's whereabouts, and missing four promised delivery dates, we received the vehicle after 10 days. The vehicle was driven 35 miles during transport to run errands, transport the drivers, as well as to be used as a delivery shuttle to deliver other vehicles on the route (the common habit of this company -- so be advised) -- as indicated by the vehicle monitoring (RPM, location, temperature, speed). Now I'm watching for red light camera tickets, tolls, and parking tickets to roll in, and contacting authorities out of state to get ahead of this. As noted elsewhere, the scam works like this: They come get the vehicle immediately, before anyone else can, then sit on it for as long as they need to until they have enough vehicles for an economical run, and as you grow more impatient and desperate, they ignore you, falsely claim the vehicle has shipped so that you can't demand its return or come pick it up.

Outrageously incompetent carrier. Disrespectful and abusive to consumer. Ask the broker you hire, who he is hiring as your carrier and make sure it isn’t Nextran Carriers, LLC. If it is this carrier, be sure to put an Apple AirTag in your glove compartment so you know where your car is located at all times and you will know when Richard, the “manager” is lying to you. Mixed up our car with the same make/model. Inexcusable…check the license plate. Horrible experience.

I wish I could give ZERO STARS!!! Transported a car from Florida to New York… delivery was late and an extra 199 miles added on to my car with no call or explanation, plus the lift in the car is not working and I have to take it to the dealership!!!!. The contact person Richard did not return our call when told that we were upset by the Broker. I finally got a hold of Ricard today at around 1040am who apologized on behalf of his driver and promised he would send an email advising us of what happened…it is now 750pm and no call back from contact person Richard, I am now calling to realize he blocked me!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!

I shipped my 2006 Mercedes in good faith from LI The car did have a few scatches, but nothing like, when it came off the truck 2 days later than driver stated. A large gash from the rear tail light down to the passenger from door. The driving team choose to not show this to me. Communication poor after the fact. Hence, I state my position. Do NOT use this service!! I will fight for compensation!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY I TOWED MY CAR TO FLORIDA THE TOW DRIVER SCRATCHED MY BRAND NEW CAR AND GAVE EXCUSES FOR A MONTH ABOUT FIXING THE DAMAGE, THE COMPANY TOLD US THE DRIVER WILL PAY FOR THE DAMAGE AND HE REFUSED TO; THEY WOULD NOT LET US FILE A CLAIM ON THEIR INSURANCE. Never used the company but they almost ran my daughter off the road twice and another vehicle. Probably trust someone else with the safety of your vehicle if transporting because the driver obviously don't give a crap.

I have been dealing with car haulers for many years now getting cars shipped from all over the country and this is by far the worst group of people I have ever dealt with. Stay away!!!!! Don’t deal with these people they lie and make up stories. They claim to be picking up your vehicle and never do very horrible service

The worst carrier ever. Driver picked up the car, cashed $1,200 check and I guess partied for a week, until I called to check if car was delivered ( route FL to NY). Meanwhile car was in Florida a week later. they promised to deliver next day ( to NY in 24 h? very realistic) and since then were feeding me and our customer with constant lies about the delivery. Once it got finally delivered - I asked to reimburse for the late delivery - after long fight, they promised to reimburse $200, which was again, lies non stop -tomorrow, then again tomorrow, which obviously never happened, Nobody answers the phone there anymore. Be careful!

Please find another company picked my car up a day early without asking then never heard from them till as he put it was an hour away, 5 hours later my car delivered in the dark and completely filthy, this company came to me through big Ben’s auto transport , another company to avoid. Both companies completely unprofessional . They do nothing but put you off, absolutely no communication from either one. What is this world coming to? Doesn’t anyone take pride in the job they do? Completely worn out from this experience. Good luck if you decide to use either company.

Shipped 2 cars in the past month from NJ, one to TX and one to FL, with 2 different companies, and they were both opposites in the service. You can imagine how nextran was from the star rating. Let’s go with the shipment to Texas first (not nextran), picked my car up around 5:30 pm, on a Tuesday, and in Texas on Thursday, hard to believe, but I went with it. On Thursday the driver called, telling me it'll be there Friday morning around 10am. At 10:30am he gave me a call that he couldn’t move the truck to the house because of the narrow streets and instead of my aunt going to him, he drove the car about a mile and dropped it off. He then walked back in the Texas heat because of COVID concerns. Amazing service, great communication. Now, Nextran. Came to the house at 9:45 at NIGHT with no truck, expecting to just hand the keys over. Told him that we’ll drive to the truck, but they were against it. Told the drivers to come back in the morning(Friday), which they did. After speaking to the female dispatcher she said delivery will be Monday and she’ll call at noon to confirm. Monday, I call her around 1, she texts me back that the car is actually on another truck and will be 100% delivered Tuesday evening. No problem. I call Tuesday for the timing of the delivery, she doesn’t pick up anymore, goes straight to voicemail, doesn’t answer texts the whole day. I call the driver, and he tells me to trust him, he’ll send a picture that the car is safe and the location, I get neither. I call Wednesday morning and he tells me he’ll call me back in 10 minutes with an update. 30 minutes pass, nothing, I call him around 1:30pm and he tells me that he’s 5 hours away and will be 100% delivered around 10pm. I said fine, as long as the car gets here. I call at 10, 1030, 11pm, no answer from the dispatcher or the driver at all. Finally delivered thursday morning and started making excuses, but i didn't care. Just wanted some truth, and a dispatcher that picks up calls.

Worst transportation company known to existence 5 days late and 5 days of telling me he’s an hour away. The dispatcher even blocked my number after having a conversation with her only once asking about my car.he sets a delivery date just to pick up your car and then you are trapped after that they ignore your calls. I’d honestly rather pay double than deal with this company, plus my car has been driven along the way. Honestly there is so negatives I don’t know where to start.

Highly recommend this company!! This is the Third time we’ve hired Nextran Carriers LLC to transport our sons car to and from Atlanta, GA while he was in College. They showed up on the date we were given, and stayed in contact throughout the time transported. Car always delivered with no problems and in great condition. Service cost: $700

Be aware! This is not a reputable company. They transported my Jeep from NY to SC. When the Jeep arrived, the muffler sounded awful. The driver/owner, Richard, said to have it checked and he'd take care of it. The next morning my husband took it to a Midas Muffler, where they confirmed someone tried to hack off the catalytic converter. They said it's a very valuable commodity. After several calls and assurances of payment, no check. I submitted the bill and photos. This was in November. I also add, the driver also admitted leaving the Jeep unattended along the route. These people cannot be trusted.

So you are aware, I finally recieved my Vehicle 5 DAYS late, dropped off by a different carrier service at 9pm, 3/8, expected delivery was 3/3. The discrepancies noted are as follows.  1. It was driven 200 miles (as per the trip meter and odometer) 2. Vehicle had 2/3 full gas tanks before the car picked it up, gas was completely empty on delivery.   3. Passenger side has marks from the back door to the bumper.  Nextran is the worst shipper I've dealt with, and this was my 3rd time shipping a vehicle.
