ON 05/04/2021 VEKTOURUS LLC WAS CONTRACTED TO TRANSPORT OUR CUSTOMER'S VEHICLE FROM POINT A TO POINT B, ON ARRIVAL THE CUSTOMER DISCOVERED DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE, PROOF OF CONDITION WAS PROVIDED ALONG WITH PHOTOS, AND THIS WAS SENT TO THE CARRIER’S INSURANCE. HOWEVER, THE CLAIM IS STILL PENDING AS THE CARRIER HAS NOT SENT ALL THE INFORMATION NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE CLAIM. BOTH THE INSURANCE AND EXPRESS HAVE ASKED FOR THE MISSING DOCUMENTS MULTIPLE TIMES, AND THEY KEEP DELAYING
