Terrible company. Never showed up for scheduled tow. Waited from 730am til 6pm! Repeated phone calls were either unanswered or met with vague promises

Arranged to have my 1968 Catalina taken to my mechanic for engine rebuild though Hagerty Ins. Made appointment 24 hours ahead of time. Hagerty hired Antonio. He never showed or called. He did not answer his phone and his mailbox was full. No way to run a business. Very displeased.

Today I had my f-350 Quad cab with a 13" lift towed after my stall converter broke. Trust me, it's a big truck. James had it loaded within 5 minutes and we were on our way. The wait time was 150 minutes , James was there within 45 minutes. I was impressed.
He dropped off the truck and put it right where I wanted it. This tow company was Awesome and James made thing easy, quick and like it never happened. Thank you guys for everything. Michael Barrington

By FAR the best tow experience I’ve ever had. He went above and beyond to make a bad situation as worry-free as possible. He offered to drop the key off in the drop-box of my mechanic so I didn’t have to go down there with him and take a Lyft home. When he dropped the car off, he sent me a picture to confirm that the job had been completed. His professionalism, kindness, and respect are unmatched. Please, if you have the unfortunate event of having to get your car towed, contact him. You will be happy you did.
