I used On Call Logistics (broker) back in Sept 2020 to transport my 16 LS460 - they brokered the transport out to JVR STAR; everything went smoothly about these guys collecting a deposit (obviously) and picking the car up in a timely manner, but dropping off was a headache - coordinating drop off was a difficult task for these guys; they wanted to come the day before scheduled drop off at a time NOT agreed upon. Then once the car got delivered, the roof/trunk lid and hood had scratches from these inexperienced drivers (JVR), these drivers DO NOT pay attention to low lying trees or limbs, causing the damage described. Be warned, do not use these guys as they are not coherent of obstacles around them when going through neighborhoods.
