Rude and unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe these crooks. Car was towed to a shady location that literally had no signs or identification on it of any kind (address was 3231 W. Vera in Milwaukee). Person I dealt with said his name was "Dave" (I doubt that's his real name) and refused to give me his last name or his business card. Much like a child having a tantrum or a belligerent teenager, he kept physically walking away from me when I had questions regarding how much he was charging me. Refused to discuss it with me. I could go on and on about the rest of my conversation with "Dave", but what's the point? People like him don't change. There is no law against "Dave" being an asshole, but I'll definitely be filing a complaint with the appropriate regulatory authorities since I suspect some of what they were charging me for was illegal.

HORRIBLE! Came to get my car w/ 3 small children. Waited outside for over 30 minutes in the heat. The guy was extremely rude. $377 to get my car back. Very sketchy!!!!!!!

Don’t ever, ever hire these vultures. I bet you many reviews here are fake. I was charged a tow by this company for parking in a private lot 370$ because they justified using “special equipment” on my vehicle which was completely false. These people literally will patrol or sit with binoculars waiting at lots because they care more about making money off of you then your convenience. I was left stranded because my car was towed late at night and didn’t even have the option to pick it up and was not notified by the company in any way. It clearly shows because I was charged 150$ extra fee for the use of special equipment which was completely unnecessary to move my vehicle, but necessary for the company to make a profit off my struggle. Do not ever hire or support this company, they left me completely stranded and ridiculously overcharged me for what should have been a normal towing fee. I was told my vehicle was an all wheel drive which justified the special equipment, and it was not an all wheel drive vehicle. Stay away at all costs.

These people are still towing cars illegally! This is Anthony Lopez from Abyss towing. City of Milwaukee revoked Tony's towing license. He put the new company in his girlfriend's name (Laura Wargolet's) & is towing vehicles illegally under her name. They also hide certain vehicles at his house in oak creek & her house in Caledonia.
