If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. To keep things brief, I had a physical agreement on a locked in price for transport of my car and after they pinned me against the wall with a time constraint, forcefully charged me $120 more dollars or I'd have to start over with another company (and this is the day AFTER they were initially supposed to pick up my car by the way). And on top of this overcharge, when the driver arrived to pick up my car, the driver basically blackmailed me into paying HIM personally $200 more dollars. I have successfully disputed the overall charge for transport with my bank but in order to dispute the zelle charge, I have to speak to the Raptor Auto Transport themselves. But when I call, nobody EVER answers and of course their mailboxes are full. DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORT COMPANY. This was a nightmare of an experience.

Horrible ! The worst!!! Terrible customer service! They arrived late and did not notify me before they came. And they drove my car! It wasn't on a carrier!!!

Absolutely - takes your money - no receipt - driver Zeff a liar - took $500 cash - said he only received $400. Signed Zeff's phone said that is how you get a receipt. Lied - sent bill of lading - company sends a receipt in 2 weeks of delivery. BEWARE - driver message box always full - does not speak fluent English - terrible-terrible-terrible.

Not the best.... if i dont have de gps on my truck i will never know where is.. the left my truck one week on Ph amd nobody told me .. they said his truck was some issues with the brakes .. they give us 3 different dates ..

I have agreed a contract with Roy to transport my car to Washington DC. Clearly, informed him I will prepay both broker and driver fee with my credit card, my daughter will receive the vehicle and she will not be involve in money transactions. Roy acted nice just to earn my business and then hired a driver more fraudulent then him. Driver called me Friday said. I am on my way to your house to pick up the vehicle. Then, after view minutes driver called back and said I do not like going to Washington DC. Prior to the driver canceling me, Roy had called me to get mycredit card information in advance without transporting my vehicle stating you are all set driver is on his way. Bunch of lies from both of them. Then Roy tried to justify and said another driver will come tomorrow. No driver showed up, after getting run and around from the driver and the broker Roy. 3rd day car was picked. After 3 days the car came in to Maryland, Called my daughter at moment notice. Requested that she brings cash on delivery and come pick the vehicle 45 minutes away from her address. When I and Roy agreed door to door transport with credit card. Roy failed to defend me from the fraudulent activity and fraudulent people. I was very disappointed for lack of service. Finally I begged my sister who lives in Maryland to help me, since they refused to deliver the vehicle to the final destination washington DC and denied the credit card payments. On top of that the driver threatned us that he already on his way to Philly terminal to put the vehicle in storage and us also being responsible storage fee. What a lousy experience with these deceptive business practice people. They wasted 3 hours from us with no resolution's, They do not deserve one star. Buyer be ware. Never use these 2 companies. Raptor auto transport driver Zeff and Shakir and Door to Door transport broker Roy. Can you imagine the stress they put me through today over 3 hours with no recovery.

Like a bunch of people here, my truck came back worse then when it left. My new truck went from PA to TX, came back filthy (was a snowstorm in route, so expected that). After washing the next day, a ton of scratches appeared all over the hood, and side walls. The truck is black so the scratches didn’t jump out as scratched. After the wash, they were everywhere. I went back to the carriers before and after photos, and it was clear that before was nice, and after had the massive scratches. The truck is lifted to very hard to see until it was clean. But once noticed, it was very easy to see in the before and after photos. This company is a disgrace. I only gave 1 star because I had to give something to submit

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. The company we used to transport our car cross country used Raptor as a third party. Our car arrived significantly scratched across the hood, sides, and top. They refused to recognize our claim. Do not use at all costs.

I give this company a zero rating. The pickup was shady without a transport truck! I will give details after I handle this with your company. This transaction was made by my husband under a different email and phone number. We received the car with all warning lights on and it cost us $600 to fix! To be continued......I had to give a one star rating to submit this but it is a zero.

They picked up my car and it had a full tank of gas but when it was delivered it was empty. I talked to them about this and they denied it and said someone must have siphoned it. The problem with that story is you can’t access the gas tank without the key! Also the cover plug on the bumper to access the tire Jack was missing. I would never recommend them to anyone.

We were assigned Raptor through an umbrella shipping company. They had us meet them in safe lot to load in the DC metro area. They assured a 4-5 delivery window, but delivered in 3 ( to Tucson). Driver Sherzod was very professional, kept us updated throughout the journey, and delivered the car in perfect condition. Previous reviews had me a bit worried, but I'm a happy customer. Would recommend Raptor auto.

The driver that transported my 2011 Honda CR-Z absolutely destroyed the clutch, and this car only has 52,000 miles on it. On top of that, he showed up to pick up the car with absolutely no warning and no previous contact. He estimated five to seven days to drop off, and he ended up calling me, again with no warning, early in the third day, meaning he most likely drove nonstop the whole way down over 40-ish hours. This driver not only mechanically damaged my car, he most likely stretched his driving ability far enough to be completely unsafe for other drivers on the road as well as the cargo he was carrying. This company needs to better vet their drivers. I could not be any more displeased.

Raptor Auto Transport was contracted through Mercury Auto Transport and was phenomenal. The driver met me a close park and ride to get my vehicle and literally dropped off my car to my college aged daughter at her front door. Driver Jamma sensed I was worried that she’d be doing this alone and went above and beyond to accommodate! Will 100% use again and recommend!

This company was assigned to me through the contracting company. Overall horrible experience. They were telling me one thing, and the contracting company another thing. They did not pick up in the 2 day window, in fact, they made me reschedule twice ( not like I can hire another company that day), and once they finally came to pick up, I had to have someone move the car for them because they didn't come a small flatbed, but instead the full size truck (not as big an issue, but for me being in another state and having to scramble to find someone to move the car)... When I expressed this wasn't the agreed upon deal, and asked for some compensation since I had to change so much for them, they offered me $30 out of $1000. ALSO, when the contracting company tried to get in contact with them about these issues, they did not answer my or their calls. Lastly, the driver barely spoke English (nothing against him), but when I am demanding to finally get in contact with the Raptors dispatcher "Roman" it took 30min before he called.... The only good thing is, the car was delivered...a week late.

Raptor Transport Inc. could not be any worse of a company. They are the most unproffesional, unreliable, and inappropriate shipping company imaginable. I recently had a vehicle transported from CA to NC, and was given a confirmed delivery day of 6 days out. I called on the night before, and after multiple attempts, the driver finally answered and said it would be there the next morning. The next day I waited all day and then tried to call, and got no answer. The next day when I finally did get an answer, the driver claimed to speak little to no english. I called many times, and got ahold of different people every time. Sometimes it was the driver, sometimes someone in accounting, none more helpful than the other. Though the contract states that it will not take any more than 11 days, it took 13 days for my vehicle to arrive at the destination. The driver assured me that 1 hour before he arrived he would call and give me a heads up. When he did arrive, the driver gave no call in advance, spoke English just fine, and when he dropped my vehicle off it had serious body damage and he did not give the reference photo from the initial pickup. During this process i questionEd this company’s legitimacy and went to start a stolen vehicle report. They would cut off communication for a couple days and missed deadline after deadline. The day i was given a definitive answer of when my vehicle would be dropped off on by their HR department, they said it would be there by 5pm after it didn’t show i could countless times to finally get ahold of someone just to have them tell me the driver drove through my town and continued another 4 hrs up north. Needless to say i will never use this company nor will i recommend them to anyone. You can’t give them 0 stars other wise i would.
