The driver showed up extremely late to the drop off and then threatened to "leave the car on the side of the road" when no one was available to take delivery at 10 PM. In addition to this they damaged my vehicle and refuse to do anything about it after promising they would "get this taken care of". I would give them 0 stars if it was an option.

This carrier accepted my contract from the Broker and did not follow the instructions on contract to pick up vehicle Mon through Friday they called me on Sunday stating they were in route to Ford to which I told them that Ford service was closed on Sunday. This morning I called the Broker which had no idea what the disposition of truck . She then called me back and stated the driver wanted another 50 dollars to pick up truck . When there is a legal signed contract which you accepted you don’t get to charge more this is the law. You accepted picking up vehicle at the rate the Broker gave you and then you just abandoned the vehicle and declined a load you already excepted. This is breach of contract and illegal and you had a legal obligation to follow the contract you excepted. If I did this the 26 years as an owner operator I would be out of business.
