This company delivered our car a day and a half later than agreed upon date.. Communication from the company was poor during the delay and we had no idea where the car was or a window of when to expect delivery. English is second language for Alpha and what little communication we had was challenging. When the car was finally delivered the driver claimed we had not paid so had to show credit card receipts and order number before he released my car. Not fun in the middle of a dark Publix parking lot. Their office manager later found our order and stopped demanding receipts. Really disappointing experience all the way round and will not use again. Alpha was hired by Nationwide Transport as an independent contractor to move our car from Boston to Florida. I would not recommend using either company.
