Sold my car online to VROOM and his company was in charge of picking up my vehicle and getting to a Vroom drop off location. Having never sold a car online was concerned about the transaction and other unknowns. Gary the owner of the company was awesome in explaining the process, to me and my wife! Having made several pick-ups for Vroom, He took time to explain the procedure that not only protected us but him as well. Took picture of our vehicle encouraged us to take the same pictures. Kept us updated on the transport along the up to the delivery, at which time sent another picture of the vehicle vroom warehouse facility. Very professional was a pleasure to work with him!
