I sold my car through peedle and was given a Carrier that outsourced my vehicle pick up through this gentlemen. I was told the transport was rescheduled due to a change the evaluation of my car. I received a phone call from the gentleman stating he was here to get my car. I started to explain to him that value of my car was changed significantly and that I am on the phone with peddle and the carrier to get that corrected and that he should have been contacted by them. He says "I don't work for them am I picking up your car or not" as I began to explain that I do not know cause I am on the phone with them he hangs up. I try calling him back with him denying the call. I recommend that if you want better customer service call someone else especially if you are carrier. The experience should be a professional one. To be a contractor and be completely ignorant to the customer should be not be tolerated by those that outsource their needs.
