Poor service. Despite high resolution photos at pickup, the drivers acknowledgement that they used a fork lift to remove a car enroute, showing up 6 hours late and obvious damage to my car, the driver feigned innocence and would not work with me for resolution. In addition, they painted over the damage and scribbled over the bill of lading to make it look like the car was in bad shape to begin with. (Take a photo!!!, thankfully I did!).
No communication enroute and then wouldn’t own up to what was probably an honest mistake (driver probably hit back bumper during loading?). Dishonest. Disappointing.

This company it’s very unprofessional and disrespectful driver hit my car and let causing my care damage and company act like don’t care I wanted to upload pick but I will not recommend no one to hire we love are vehicles we need responsable company 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Dave and the guys got my truck picked up in Cali. And delivered to CT. Relatively quick. Communication was NOT the best, we had a few bumps in the trip and delivery, “BUT” Dave made it right. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
