Unfortunately it looks like I have to give him 1 star. However he did not earn even that. Scott was supposed to deliver a Tractor to us a month ago and the day of pick up he supposedly had an accident with the load. and although he advertised he had insurance He has yet to supply the information needed to close this case to the insurance company. and he refuses to contact us to let us know why. until he fulfills his obligation I would consider him a high risk shipper and Not an honest Man. Scott first blamed the insurance company and said he was getting a lawyer but since then the insurance company has sent us a string of e-mails and responses from Scott promising the information needed to close this claim such as BOL. but he has still never delivered. We are pursuing this as a theft since he has refused to respond to all attempts to resolve this issue. I am sorry to say this is not a trustworthy operation
