sent through insurance broker for towing. They drove 200 miles to get my vehicle. Was 6 hours later than they said. Picked up my vehicle. They were to take it to a shop 20 miles away and the shop didn't close for 2 and half more hours. They instead drove to their yard 200 miles away. Tried to get the vehicle delivered today and they won't release it. They are holding it hostage for the insurance to pay the towing and the storage fee they caused. They are lied and said the shop they were to take it to was closed. Not true. The shop waited until 7 pm last night for the vehicle. They are scamming the insurance company.

My insurance company dispatched this company to come tow my vehicle. When they got to the vehicle, I canceled the tow because my husband wasn't able to get his person effects and the gate where the vehicle was was locked. I asked the company not to take the vehicle and the employee responded, "I will get in trouble if I don't." I asked him again to not take it. His response was "OK." My understanding was that the tow was canceled. IN FACT IT WASN'T. This company took my truck without my permission. When I tried to call 2 #s I had for them, no one answered. No one answered. I just wanted to know if the vehicle was towed. They wouldn't answer my calls but they answered my insurance company's calls. It took them 4 days to bring my truck back. Absurd. I recommend never using them. 0 stars would be the best rating for this company.
