Scam company. Had to get the police involved for them to release my vehicle on the agreed upon price. Only after the sergeant threatened felony charges did they release it. If you pay attention to any of the positive reviews they are all from associates

ZERO STARS! The car was delivered late to the destination. What should have at absolute maximum taken 7 days ended up being 10 day delivery. The owner of the company was very rude and unprofessional. The truck driver delivered the car in an unsafe location. He did not deliver the car to the address I had provided, nor to the address we begrudgingly agreed to change to. The location required taking an Uber to meet him at. It was nowhere in the vicinity of the address contracted to deliver to. When the driver did arrive he did not come to the address he texted my daughter to meet him at. When she arrived to this unsafe location he left her waiting there and told her she needed to come find him on the freeway on ramp. Driver was very rude and combative in speaking with my daughter. She felt very scared and unsafe, and she had to call me in order to get the driver to deliver to the destination he told her to meet him at. I called the owner outraged in his reply was that I was pathetic, my teenage daughter was an adult and she needed to figure out how to find the driver or he was sending our vehicle back. This is not a company broker's should subject their customers to. This is not a company anyone should do business with.

They damaged my car, driver showed up and smelled like he had just been drinking!! I am completely outraged how I was treated, they all denied any of my allegations, their insurance denied my claim and they falsified the paperwork and made it look like the damage was there on the pick up paper!!!

My car was transported across the country by this company. Pick up went well and delivery was quick. However, it was damaged upon arrival. See attached pics. It has been totally frustrating and time consuming trying to get someone to pay for this damage. At first the drivers company tried to blame us for the damage which was ridiculous, especially considering their own driver did a very thorough inspection of said vehicle before loading. After many phone calls/texts/emails TURBO AUTO CARRIER LLC who was the actual transporter of the vehicle, agreed to pay depending on how much it cost. At first Zahar (the owner) wanted me to buy parts off of eBay and fix it myself which was ridiculous since I have no experience in that field. I get 2 estimates and he agreed to pay the lower $300+ which was $600 less than the other one. Unfortunately that $300 estimate was done by a new employee and was wrong and the actual price is over $600. Nothing had been legally signed at the repair shop at that point so there is no recourse on that. Zahar again became ugly and texted “I am 100% thru dealing with this.” He told me to contact Mate Logistics insurance company. I have contacted both Mate Logistics and their insurance company. Mate logistics CEO has responded, but has not been very helpful other than asking if insurance company was contacted. The insurance company has not responded to me after 5 or 6 attempts to reach them. So after 3 weeks car is still not repaired, nor do I have a commitment from either responsible company to fix it. The irony is that both involved companies are more concerned about this review than they are about the service they have provided. Both have asked me on multiple occasions, to remove this review or update with a more positive rating. My response has been that after my car was successfully delivered and fixed, I would change the review. At this point my car still needs repaired. It’s been almost 6 weeks of nothing but frustration so far.

I had this company transport my vehicle from north corolina to seattle. The delivery time was 7 to 10 days, my vehicle came on the 8th day. Based on the bad weather they were quick, professional and courteous. The driver zake and his partner were very professional and called me about their eta time. I would use and recommend this company to family and friends.

I’m leaving 2 stars prior to even seeing my vehicles condition although it has arrived “CLOSE” to my home address I provided. Dealing with this company has just been a NIGHTMARE. I went through a broker and at the time I was given a drivers number then a different drivers number. My vehicle arrived well out of the estimated time frame over one week. I understand that things can happen but c’mon over week now? My vehicle is how I make a livelihood during this pandemic as well. I asked the driver if he would work with me on the price due to all the delays and I was told to contact his boss so I did and his boss just flat out said “we did our job”. Yes you did your job but my car is LATE didn’t arrive on time and I’m meeting your driver at a truck stop not even in front of my subdivision. The boss later said to contact the auto broker which I told him the auto broker informed me it’s up to the driver. JUST A BUNCH OF RUNAROUNDS. If this is how the company chooses to do business I will request to NEVER have this company pick up my vehicle and for others just to be CAUTIOUS and READ REVIEWS!

I contacted Turbo Auto Carrier through Instagram and was impressed with how quickly they got back to me. I needed an old van shipped from Colorado to California and Turbo was able to find someone within two weeks for a really reasonable rate. The auto carrier that delivered the vehicle was on time, communicative and pleasant to deal with. We even bought him breakfast because we were so happy with the entire transaction. Don’t hesitate to contact Turbo Auto Carrier, we definitely will use them again without hesitation if we ever need to move a vehicle.

This company is very unprofessional they damaged my 2018 dodge challenger shipping it to Seattle Washington. they took longer than they said they would, they damage my vehicle and gave the insurance a run around, they tried to edit some pictures to make it seem like nothing happened. I do not see how they are still in business. Be careful on who you use I wish I would’ve looked at his reviews before I called them

From the time Zac picked up my truck he kept in constant contact with me daily and made me feel confident in my truck getting to my destination due to the circumstances my family encountered at time of our lives. Fair price , excellent service and recommend TAC for any type of auto deliveries. Straight forward guy ! Thank you Zac and company
