Extremely poor communication, breaking the contract buy not allowing us to view the car prior to payment. Only speaks Russian and does not update you for anything. Absolutely would not reccomend. Would give zero stars if possible.

The transporter completely blocked the entrance to my dealership to drop off a vehicle, I asked him to move it to the other side where there would be more room. He did not speak any english so he used google translate to tell me it would be too much work for him to do that. I told him he has to move it to the other side because if he tries to drop it off here he will hit the van parked in the customer parking. Then he asks me to move the van......
I told him again just go on the other side. Then he pulls his truck out a little and blocks the entire road too on top of blocking the entrance into the dealership. backs up the vehicle and turns it aggressively causing it fall off the trailer and causing damage to the vehicle he dropped off. Completely unprofessional very very upset with the service I received with this company. When I called them to complain they were absolutely zero help

Worst company ever brought my car 3 days late the catalytic converter was cut off over 2000$ And they took no liability for it they messed up the inside of my car if I could give 0 stars I would run from this company worst service ever and they cut off you exhaust and bring you car late

After a terrible experience with another car carrier I had the good fortune of getting set up with Borderline Motorsports and their driver, Mike Mumford, who was a dream of the perfect driver. I highly recommend this company especially if all their drivers are as good as Mike. He was perfect in every single way.

They delivered one of my vehicles in the middle of the night and just dropped it off with Damage Done to the vehicle. The contract specifically said no overnight drops and they had to get a signature with a signed condition report upon dropping it off. The vehicle had $1,200 in damage done to it and they of course Claim they knew nothing about it and still wanted paid for the delivery. When I refused to pay them for the damage they had done they started leaving me negative reviews online.
There are a lot of Transporters in South Carolina alone, make sure you avoid these guys!
