Worst company ever, parked my car to bring my kids inside and put them to bed, 5 mins later I come outside to move my car and it’s gone. Employees were rude and shadyyy

This company is HORRIBLE. We were visiting and had NO IDEA we couldn't park there. We stopped in for just a few minutes. They must literally patrol the area looking to strike. Walked back out and thought our car had been stolen. We had to pay $300 to get our car out. I guess we won't be eating this month. A warning would have been nice. We would have moved our car immediately. But of course they don't warn, they want the chance to be the money grubbers that they are. They don't care if we can feed our children or not.

If you are reading this review help everyone out and report this company to the BBB they are the most corrupt unfit people to be running a business. Towed my car from an empty lot and then told me I had to set an appointment to get it out. All these people want is money. Talked to the guy on the phone and he bragged about how they tow the most cars in st george and laughed about it as they had possession of my car. I hope they get reported and looked at. It’s not right

This towing company would be like any regular towing company who has to do their job...EXCEPT, my brother in laws truck was towed by this company and taken to their tow yard. They went through his truck and in the back seat UNDER the seat, $1500 worth of tools were stolen. Once a police report was filed and the owner was notified, we found out the owner was the driver who towed it that night. His tow yard is insecure and has no cameras. Therefore, perfect set up for an absolutely dishonest company who will never be caught for their actions of burglary. DO NOT trust this company for towing your vehicle. Would put 0 stars but doesn’t let me rate that low.

Absolute jerks with no sympathy for anyone. They towed my sons car when parked in his own paid parking spot at a student housing facility! Absolutely ridiculous and there was no sympathy at all. He had to pay $200 to get his car back and the jerk owner wouldn’t do anything to help!
