Worst experience in my life involving a dispatcher and two drivers whose dishonesty, failure to abide by the terms of a contract, and refusal to meet all deadlines resulted in me having to take a cab 60 miles from the contracted drop-off location in Hyannis, MA. Their stated reason was "we're not allowed to go there," or "we won't be able to find a place to park our truck." Needless to say, Hyannis is a common spot for auto transport pick-ups and drop-offs. Hopefully this sham organization is or will be out of business soon.
