Kineticnrg Auto Trucking was referred to us by Sherpa, an auto transport broker. They were scheduled to pick up our daughter's car on August 23, 2019, a Friday, in the late afternoon.The driver called to let us know that he would be a few hours late. He kept us informed of his progress, as he negotiated Los Angeles traffic. The driver arrived, was very polite, was kind and efficient. Our interaction with him was as good as it gets. The contract was signed, the condition of the car was assessed and he was on his way. Delivery from Los Angeles to New Mexico took 2 1/2 to 3 days, as promised. The car arrived in perfect shape. Our daughter reported that communication with the driver was great. Again he was kind, personable and efficient. The price quoted originally was exactly what my daughter paid. No extra charges were tacked on and no drama. We would highly recommend Kineticnrg Trucking to anyone who is transporting a car. I want to include a shout out to the driver, whose name I wish a had recorded.
