The owner of this company is driving the truck while not being a registered driver on the auto insurance. He hit my wifes vehicle and caused a little over 17k worth of damage and we had to file uninsured motorists as a result of this. I have reached out to Mr Barnes several times with no resolution. The company has insurance but the policy states he isn’t supposed to be driving the truck. I have letters from the insurance company stating this. I will also be reaching out to the state to file a complaint against the company DOT registrations. I know have to pay a $500 deductible, loose depreciation on my vehicle, my rates are going up and my wife has been without a vehicle for a little over a month. I will also be reaching out to the local police here to have them issue Mr Barnes a citation for driving without insurance. By the end of the week I will have my attorney type of paper work and serve the company/driver/owners to get back the money we have lost due to this mishap. I have included photos of the damage he caused.
