Put in a call at 530am for road side assistance and waiting 3 &1/2 hours for a NO SHOW called the gentleman and he said 20 mins the app from my insurance company had to keep revising the ETA! They even had a hard time getting in contact with anyone! If I could give it zero stars I would! NOT DEPENDABLE!!!!!!!

On December 3rd 2020 liberty mutual my insurance company contacted this company 2 tow my vehicle to the car dealership for servicing the guy came to my job picked up my car and the key took it to the car dealership left it in the back of the lot of the car dealership and never gave them the key the next day I called to see about my vehicle they didn't know my vehicle was there they didn't have any paperwork on my vehicle didn't have a key to my vehicle they didn't even know it was on their property they had to go and search for it when they found it, My key was on the seat and the doors were unlocked, they had no knowledge of my vehicle even being there worst service ever. I would give it to 0 Stars if it let me.
