If they had a negative rating I would use it this car carrier company was very unprofessional no communication and when they did communicate that showed up at least an hour and 15 minutes later then when they said they were going to. Charge for an extra service that they were unable to provide when delivering the vehicle I myself had to unload the vehicle off of their trailer myself and they stopped communicating with me all together when I requested a refund for the service I did not receive they also lied to me and try to justify why they wouldn't give me the refund when I have picture proof in confirmation from the person I purchased the vehicle off of about the details they lied about I highly recommend anybody go with any other company other than H&M AutoGroup
