This tow company is ridiculous. I have had two experience with them where they just wasted my time. The first tow dispatched to them they literally delayed me all day and ended up picking my car up the next morning. Today they did the same thing and even told roadside they were outside of my house when they were not. Then they called and said they were at the dealership and was confused but again this was a lie. They just were taking their time to get here and keep delaying me all day. They were dispatched at 930 this morning and finally around 300p I had to cancel because they still were not here to pick up my tow. They would not answer the phone. They are liars, unprofessional and their service in unacceptable. I never want to use them again. or Attempt to for that matter.

Franks towing is the worst tow company I've ever used in my life .If you want to get lied to and left for dead on the side of the road this company is for you if you want someone that will do what they say pick any other company i could have pushed my car and been a lot happier . Franks towing home of the liar..no stars scam
