Worst carrier ever. Does not know how this industry works. Demanded cash without even picking up my vehicle when I made payment through USHIP. Absolutely no idea of what is going on.

14, nearly 15, days to get from east to west coast. I was originally told 7-10 days, and was told I would have updates after 4th day. No one called me. Ever. I called them probably a dozen times, sent emails, everything to get an answer. Very hard to get into contact with ANYONE from this company. I received zero phone calls or texts for 11 days until I bothered my dispatcher enough to get information. I thought my car was stolen, and I paid them to take it. Very stressful. No one even told me their truck broke down. They blamed the extra weeks time on a holiday. Then when the truck was fixed, the driver tried to tell me he won’t drive at night when he was two hours away from me. Finally, after my dispatcher called them, when I was going to call police for stolen vehicle, the owner of the company was “nice” enough to bring my car (10pm). No apologies from them, no adjustments of rates. I was completely taken advantage of and disrespected for two weeks. My whole life on hold for weeks. Wondering if the driver was OK, if the truck was OK, if I was going to see my car, or my belongings again. All while they celebrated a holiday. Communication is EVERYTHING when dealing with tens of thousands of dollars worth of property. If the truck breaks CALL THE VEHICLE OWNERS. I will NEVER recommend this company, and will probably warn anyone who asks about shipping vehicles in general.
