Extremely disappointed with this transportation company. We arranged for them to pick up two vehicles from a CarMax location by a specific date and provided all the necessary details, including exact vehicle location, access instructions, and the code to retrieve the keys from an outdoor locker. Despite these clear instructions, they failed to communicate any issues until the very last minute of the scheduled delivery, claiming they couldn’t access the vehicles because the location was ‘closed’—even though the vehicles were publicly accessible, exactly as we specified.
Their lack of communication and failure to follow straightforward instructions have forced us to find another courier, causing significant delays and impacting our ability to address any issues within the arbitration period. This oversight has put us at risk, and due to their unprofessionalism, we now have no recourse if any issues arise with these vehicles.
We strongly advise against trusting this company with any transportation needs. Their lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional approach make them a liability for any business relying on timely and accurate deliveries.

Committed on Thursday for Friday pickup and Saturday drop. Wasn't responding to texts and then finally Monday answers the phone and says they never picked up the car. Not reliable!
