Never use this company. They damaged my 57 Chevy convertible through total negligence and refused to pay to fix it. By all the shenanigans they pulled I highly suspect they don't even have insurance.

Absolutey AVOID this carrier at all costs! They are a fraud! Damage done to vehicle and even when they admit they did the damage, they flat out refuse to fix it and know their insurance will not have to pay simply by them not answering the insurance company. Very crooked owner. Should be in Jail not the transportation industry.

I had an absolutely horrible experience shipping my car cross country using this carrier. I was charged for every toll the truck crossed because my car was loaded on the back. I had hundreds of dollars of unexpected toll charges. I called and emailed this company several times with no resolution. They also were not responsive while the car was en route and it was delivered several days later than expected.

I had several calls with the company and the delivery coordinator with specific instructions on delivery timeframe. I was reassured each time that the delivery would be coordinated at a time that was convenient. This DID NOT HAPPEN. Apparently no one bothered to write a note that shared the delivery instructions. My son had to leave his job and take the day off work to accept the delivery because the driver was 100% NOT interested in scheduling a time that was convenient for anyone other than himself. He even said "it's not my problem." All i got from the folks i spoke to was "i don't remember you saying that". Bull shit! I said it several times on each of at least 3 phone calls.
The motorcycle did arrive safely and without damage, so that's why i gave them 1 star. But i will never use this company for any transport of any type.

Very professional and prompt delivery company. Driver delivered my car with no damage and on time. They are a bit pricey but have good communication skills and will work with small changes in schedules.

not trust worthy! Our car was drivable when picked up and when we received it, the muffler had been broken off, it had no brakes anymore, the transmission was now shot and had no fluid and it had a horrible new huge dent that was dragged down the side of the car about 2 feet long. The Russian that dropped the car off told us he had to take the car off and put it back on once on the way to us, this should have not been done. Further more the Russian would not answer any of our questions as to what happened to it when he took it off and put it back on, extremely frustrating to say the least. They did so much damage they didn't charge us the rest of the fee, it does not make up for what they did to my grandfather's 63' Mercury Monterey.
