I'm only giving 1 star because you cannot give 0.. DO NOT use this carrier. They are a home based business. They do NOT speak English. You cannot get them to answer the phone. Their voice mail is full. They will only respond in text. After missing the pickup window on my vehicle, they blamed the 4 day pick up delay on every excuse they could come up with. Then, they committed to delivering my vehicle on Sunday / Monday. Then, delayed again. Then committed to a Thursday (Thanksgiving day) that I changed plans to meet them. Then, another excuse and was finally delivered on Friday. I threatened to call the police and report the vehicle stolen. I believe this was the only way my vehicle was finally delivered. I would never trust them with a vehicle..
