This was the best by far tow company I ever dealt with! They were 30 minutes late which is understandable considering Philadelphia traffic and I’m sure I wasn’t the only one waiting on their service. The driver was very nice, kind, and respectful also professional! When we got to drop off the place was closed but he went out of his way to put my car in a safe spot. I give United towing all the stars plus some! THANKS you guys

I GIVE NO STARS FOR UNITED TOWING COMPANY, but they don’t give me that option 😞…Terrible customer service! They texted me at 9:28 telling me they were in route to pick up my vehicle for transport to my preferred auto body shop & they will be at pickup in 60 mins… didn’t happen. Then I called them ( United towing) at 10:54 & was told , again, they were in route… not true. Called the tow/storage company (where my car is located & waiting for United to pick up), & questioned them about the pick up & they told me it’s still there, ready & waiting for United to pick it up. I called back to United & then was told that it would be picked up in 2 hours & they were waiting for car to be leased (not true)… I proceeded to tell him that the car was released already, that I just spoke with the auto storage company & “they were waiting for them (United ) to pick up”, I also told United that I was getting the runaround from them about the pick up & was not happy! He then didn’t have an answer to respond to my statement & told me to call Geico, (who is my insurance company). Lies, lies & more lies from United Towing. So, United Auto gets 0 stars from me & I put in an official complaint with Geico for assigning my vehicle to them. They are not reliable, inefficient & untrustworthy which speaks bad business. I didn’t choose them, my insurance adjuster chose them… but NEVER AGAIN WILL I ALLOW UNITED TOWING TO HANDLE MY VEHICLE TOWING BUSINESS.

I broke down in Philly and called my insurance company but I wasn't covered by roadside they recommended this towing company they took my card info never gave me a eta on the tow or when they were coming at all 😡 two minutes someone was kind enough to give me a jump I called back to tell them I no longer need them they charged My card 295 I never gave them authorization for which is STEELING I should take lawful action file a police report please find someone eles this tow company is the worst

Do not use under any circumstances. A couple years ago they left me stranded on I-76 (in a very unsafe location) for four hours because they couldn't find me using a direction of travel and mile marker. They kept asking for a cross street, which interstate highways of course do not have. Ultimately they stopped taking my calls and started just hanging up on me. Today I tried to get a simple tow from my house and after waiting past their ETA of 75 minutes I called and was told another 35-40 minutes. So I waited another hour and called my insurance company to complain, and these guys just put my insurance company on hold and wouldn't talk to them. Totally incompetent, totally uncaring. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible company. Their drive hit my car and wouldn’t give me any of their information to go through with the insurance he kept saying to contact the company. When I called the company nobody picked up. They don’t take responsibility for their or their drivers mistakes. They have insurance apparently but just be careful cause if they do end up damaging anything they will be hard to reach. Don’t do business with people like that. I’ll update with more information if they do decide to respond.

My insurance placed a roadside call for me and the driver called me immediately to let me know he was 35 minutes away. He came on time and was very friendly and helpful. He helped jump my car but the battery wouldn’t hold a charge so he towed it to a local mechanic. He was very friendly and patient. He was assigned another call while he was with me but was not rude about it, he gave me the same amount of time and respect as if he didn’t have another call lined up. I had a great experience with United towing, thank you!

Car broke down in Philadelphia and we leave two states away. Although it took a long time to wait, the driver was courteous and accomodating. The car was towed to the mechanic but the mechanic was closed. So the driver (who allowed me and my three family members to sit in the truck with him) took the car to a lot. The driver was respectful and did not try to scam or anything like that. I would use them again.

I would rate them -0. Really bad service, didn't apologize for anything, disrespectful. Won't recommend this tow truck company. My insurance geico placed a call for service and was quoted an 2 hour wait. At 6:06pm the tow company called me and said the guy was 45 minutes away, I called back after 45 minutes passed and the guy told me 30 minutes away, I called back after 30 minutes passed and the guy said 20 minutes away. The tow truck guy showed up at 8 after waiting for 4 hours. I called my insurance and filled a complain.

If zero stars were available, i’d give them that. My insurance placed a call to them for service. I was qouted an 1 to 1.5 hour time frame. At 1:30 I called and was told 30-35 minutes. At 2:00 still 30-35 minutes. At 2:30 the other tow i called picked me up 15 minutes after receiving my call. Now i’ll tell you about the customer service. Geico called to get the eta and the male who answered hung up on the rep. I called and assuming i got the same male he told me i’d have to wait and they’ll be there when they can. Than afterwards said 30-35 minutes. I called again in 30 minutes got a female she stayed on script driver in route will be 30-35 minutes. Call again in 30 minutes same male answers I tell him the tow truck driver passed me. He told me no he didn’t my truck Is in route. I said I just saw him in a united towing truck on his phone and he passed by me. He said my trucks in route and will be 35 minutes and hung up on me. Geico then calls and was told the truck is 7 miles away on 76 and will be their in 20 minutes. The male was disrespectful and i’ve filled a complaint with my insurance company of this tow company.

ETA given was an hour from my call time. They then called back, once they were already late, to say they'd need an additional 30 min. After that time also passed I called them for them to tell me they needed an additional 20 minutes. The gentleman (and that's being extremely generous) was rude, unapologetic, and made numerous excuses. I am still waiting so I'll update my review once the service is complete.

Had a flat tire with my Volvo Friday night. (2013 has no spare) The driver was wonderful. Flat bedded my car & drove me around till we found a place to get it repaired. A lot of places that said they were open on Google were not. He made sure I was safe & taken care of. I would highly recommend!

I put a request in for road side assistance with my insurance company. Was given an eta which was an hour and half from the time the request was put in. The tow company never showed. When we called we were told they were stuck in traffic and it would be another 45 minute wait. I cancelled the request. Thank God I wasn’t in the side of the road with my 3 children because I would still be sitting there.
