Worst unprofessional towing company EVER !! Screamed obscenities at me, while pointing his finger in my face. Rude & nasty comments from him. VERY disrespectable of women. Told him the car shouldn't be started & he started it drove up on tow truck ! When it got to collision center, he had left the car running the whole time up on tow truck !!!
What a rude disgusting person, how he's in business is unbelievable - NEVER use this company. Something needs to be done about this business ! The insurance companies NEED to stop referring this jerk of a business ! ZERO STARS !

Tow company came 90 minutes earlier than ordered, called when I was on the other line, claimed they made the tow when they did not, and copped a nasty attitude when I called to resolve it. Wouldn't work with them ever again.

This company was assigned by my insurance provider to tow my truck from point a to point b following a breakdown. The driver that was assigned was not only unprofessional and condescending but also ignored my requests to not attempt to start my vehicle and to instead tow it as was originally requested. After attempting to start my vehicle, despite my multiple requests for him to not do, he caused irreparable damages that my insurance provider is now attempting to get the company to take responsibility for. I believe the driver is the sole operator/owner of the company as the only number that my provider has and the only number online goes to the driver who not only initially ignored my immediate multiple calls but eventually I believe blocked my number. Not only did he cause damage to my vehicle he did fulfill the job he was hired to do. Please be aware and request another tow company.

THE worst towing company I have ever dealt with. The driver - an Arabic guy - had such a bad attitude - and kept cussing at me when he went to the wrong address!!! He wouldn't acceot he went to qrong address and when he finally showed up, he was yelling and screaming obscenities!!! He had the right address provided by my insurance company and still acted in such an unprofessional manner. Hope this company goes bankrupt. They don't deserve to be in business.
