They were dispatched through my roadside service with the jeep they’re the worst provider possible they don’t answer their phone and when they do finally answer after you call them 1000 times in a row they answer out of annoyance and tell you they don’t have the information when you get a response from your provider that says that the service was completed they are the worst company possible but I can see it from the reviews they don’t give a crap

This towing service was dispatched through my roadside assistance plan after I was hit by a drunk driver -- I wish I'd researched them here first and refused service from this company. Like others have stated, the wait time is long and unclear, though luckily my driver was friendly enough and took care of everything upon arrival. The real problem is that on the next day when I called the dealership that SK had towed my car to, they did not have their car on the lot. When I called SK for more information, they brusquely told me it had been delivered to [address of the dealer] and sent me two blurry pictures with no other information. I asked where specifically it had been delivered, and they could only tell me they thought it was by the service department. After a couple more hours of calls back and forth to various other people and places, and preparing to file a stolen car report, the dealer discovered that SK had actually delivered my car to an entirely different dealer at a different address. This company didn't due their simple due diligence and took no responsibility for the mistake. I contacted them to tell them they'd taken it to the wrong address -- they never responded to offer to tow it to the correct location or even to apologize. An incredibly unnecessarily stressful experience. I wouldn't trust them again.

All these other reviewers habe taken the words right out of my mouth. My experience was jist like their experience. The guy who answered the call was ridiculous. I had asked for a flat bed truck and he asked why my car needed a flat bed, and he asked me about three times why I think my car needs a flat bed. It was beyond rude. It was complete disrespect and contempt. SK Towing is terrible. Invest on AAA Roadside Assistance.

I waited from 3:05 pm to 7:00 pm and the roadside assistance never showed up and I had to cancel. The roadside assistance finally showed up at 7:35 PM. They showed up next day and I purchased a battery with a 5-year warranty. However, I never received a certificate! The internet shows that the battery warranty is good for 30 months and not 60 months! This is a highway robbery! Terrible experience.

Please stay away from this business. My insurance company sent this company to my location for a flat tire. The driver arrives and he has no tools. I provided my own tools and physically helped him remove the flat tire. When it came down to removing my spare tire, I provided all tools that came with my vehicle to remove my spare tire. I’m sitting in my vehicle and the driver then comes up to me and states that the dealer needs to provide me with a special tool to remove my spare tire because what I provided wasn’t working, so he puts my flat tire back on my vehicle and says he can’t help me. The driver then offered to tow me home or to a near by tire shop and he asked that I call his boss directly because the insurance would then send someone else and could take hours to arrive, and it would be faster since he was already there. I did not want to stay stranded in an unknown location and it was starting to get dark so I called his boss and I agreed to pay $200 cash for a 4 mile tow (ridiculous but I had no choice). The driver dropped me off at a tire shop where the technician removed my spare tire very easily and stated that the tools I had was all I needed and no special tool was needed like the driver stated. So the driver could have changed my tire at the location without having to tow it. Towing was unnecessary. I called the company to request a refund. They refused and stated that the towing was “optional”. I will be seeking legal advise and move forward with a case. This company does not deserve to be in business.

0 stars. Was quoted a time. After nothing an hour later was told the first truck "broke down" so they had to send another. After an hour later still nothing. After calling the company was told I was going to be called back and never was, then I would just be placed on hold and never answered. After 2 and a half hours I asked for another tow service. This is a scam business. Hope they go out of business.

Terrible experience. It’s understandable if the company is understaffed but it’s no excuse to be rude, dishonest, short. I waited 4 hours for someone to arrive for a jump. Yes that’s a ridiculous amount of time, but that isn’t the underlying cause of my bad experience. What stressed me out about my experience was the LACK of thorough communication, the attitude I was given, the blatantly hanging up mid conversation. The first time I called was to establish an eta as if already been waiting an hour. I was told the driver got sick and another driver was already on the way. An hour later I called and was told the new driver would call me back. That never happened. So I waited another 45 minutes before calling again, then I was told the driver was 2 minutes away from me. Exactly 49 minutes after that I was no longer being allowed to speak or ask any questions because the representative would say the driver was going to call me, I asked him not to hang up but he proceeded to do so anyways. Then refused to answer any of my calls. The last time I got any words in I verbalized that I wanted to know exactly what was going on and taking so long and what the real ACTUAL eta was so that I could stop standing on the side of the road looking for a driver who was said to be a minute or two away but actually Never showed up until 4 hours later. I felt disrespected, disregarded and insignificant to the point of tears because I pay hard earned money for the service, yet instead of some for of proper communication I was boxed out, lied to and dealt with like I was inconveniencing the hll our of this company. Was a very hurtful experience.

USAA roadside provider who near showed up. I waited until the ETA, called and was told 10 to 15 minutes. Well over an hour later I called and the person answering the phone was extremely rude and said 15 minutes. I called USAA and they called and were told that their truck broke down. I'm willing to bet the company broke down

Person answering the phone was rude every time I called. Was suppose to be here at 3:46pm, it’s now 7:07pm and they never even showed up and said they completed the job. He kept telling me “oh he’ll be there in 20mins and that happened about 5-6times. So in total I waited 4hours for them to never show up and now I’m stuck waiting for another tow truck. HIGHLY DO NOTTTTTT RECOMMEND. if you get them as your towing company switch immediate and don’t waste your time. ID RATHER DIE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD THEN USE THIS COMPANY. Oh and did I mention I’m 27 weeks pregnant and have been sitting in my car for 4 hours waiting in the heat for them. I would give negative stars if I could.

This company had my husband waiting over 4 hours for a JUMP. After multiple insistences that they were en route, they were a NO CALL NO SHOW. Do NOT use this company. They are awful.

The worst service I ever had!!. The driver never took my car to my body shop, he just decided to take it to their yard just to charge storage fee. They lied to my insurance saying that they sent 3 tow trucks to recover my car, and I have pictures and videos that proves them lying. Not happy with that, they denied me from going to my vehicle to recover my personal belongings, they never gave me their address and I don't know where my car end up to... It's been one month and one week and I still don't know where my car is, and I can not go and get my personal possessions. I hope nobody goes though this with SK TOWING!
